The managing member of our law office is Linda P. Burbank, an attorney, registered nurse, and Guardian ad Litem. With her assorted skill set, she is uniquely situated to help our company provide legal services in the areas of elder law, guardianships, and personal and estate planning.
You’ll be putting experience on your side when you hire our knowledgeable attorney. Ms. Burbank received her BS degree in nursing in 2003 at the University of Washington. She also received her Juris Doctor in 2006 at the Seattle University School of Law, became a CALI Award Recipient for Elder Law, and passed the bar at Washington State in 2007.
Through the course of her schooling, our attorney became a member of many renowned associations. These associations include the Washington State Nurses Association, the Guardian ad Litem Registry in King County, and the Washington State Bar Association, including the elder law section of this group.
